Product purchases using the “Winetourism.sogrape.com” electronic platform are subject to the terms and conditions of Grape Ideas, Turismo, Comércio e Serviços, S.A., legal entity no. 510434606, with its registered office at Rua 5 de Outubro n.º 4527, 4430-809 Vila Nova de Gaia.

1. E-ticket rules of use:
   •    To take the tour, please print the attached file and present it at reception. You can also present the e-ticket using your smartphone or tablet.
   •    Always sign in at reception before entering. To do so, please arrive several minutes before the scheduled start time.
   •    The tour will start exactly at the scheduled time. Entry will not be allowed after the tour has started.
   •    This ticket is only valid for the date and time shown. In the event of delay, rescheduling the tour will be subject to future availability.
   •    Returns and changes are permitted up to five days before the tour date. 
   •   Please contact us with any problems or questions.
2. Any and all alcoholic beverages available for sale through this electronic service may only be purchased by individuals of legal age from mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira.
3. The prices shown are for 75 cl bottles, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
4. The descriptions, images and any other information of products presented through this electronic service are subject to change without prior notice. Product images may differ from the actual product.
5. All prices shown through this electronic service are subject to change without prior notice, and are dependent on stock availability.
6. Under current Portuguese legislation, Grape Ideas, Turismo, Comércio e Serviços, S.A. must charge VAT at the legal rate in force for all products. All prices shown through this electronic service include VAT and other taxes.
7. All products sent through this service should be examined immediately upon receipt. In the event of any product damage or imperfection, the recipient should immediately notify us via email at support@winetourism.sogrape.com.
