- Changes to bookings are subject to availability:

If, for any reason, you wish to visit us on a different date/ time to those indicated on your ticket, please contact us:

- No refunds will be made on entrance tickets after 3 days before the date of the visit.

- Cancellations on the day of the visit and/or no-shows are non-refundable.

- Refunds must be requested by email, indicating the booking ID, or by sending the entrance ticket.
